Hello to all men and women of SMC, it has come to the end of 2007 and it is time to wrap things up with a bang.
2007 has been an eventful year for SMC, with many monthly gathering and the biggest of all being Legerdemain!! SMC has also taken part in several big charity gigs and colarborated shows with Ulu Pandan Community Club. For those who have been with SMC long enough would know that this has never been achieved in previous years. It is therefore important to give year 2007 a closure and look forward to 2008, a year that is going to be filled with even more excitment and magic.
Without a doubt, our team of dedicated moderators deserve a big pat on the back, but all these would not have been possible without the support of all you SMC members. And we moderator would like to thank all of you in our own little special way.
So mark your calanders and come down for a end of year cum christmas party bash!

Details:
1) This is open to all SMC members and all SMC members can bring one guest. This guest can be someone who is interested in magic, or he/she could be a complete laymen. So for those who have had difficult getting time out from your gf/bf, now you can bring her/him along. Or if you want to bring your mother just to show her that you're not mixing with bad company, you are welcome to bring her as well. 2) There will be games on that day. But it won't be about making you do stupid forfeits. Details of the games will not be released, just so you all cannot cheat. Hehe. But it will start promptly at the time given above. So for those who would like to take part, just be there on time.
3) Christmas is the season for giving. So it is only natural for a christmas gathering for people to exchange gifts. Everyone is encouraged to bring a small gift to be exchanged. It doesn't have to be something expensive, but it is the thought and act of giving that is important. As guidelines, we would like to set the price range at $7 - $10, but anything above or below that is fine too.
However, if you do not want to exchange any gift, you do not have to bring anything. Don't let this deter you from coming to this gathering. Quite simply put, if you bring something, you will go home with something else.
4) For those who have missed the Chalet, this is a great opportunity to come down for one more gathering before the year officially ends! We hope to see you all there.
